Service Nature
Since DMZ LTD provides product sourcing services, we do not directly manufacture or stock goods. Returns and refunds for physical products are subject to the policies of the supplier or manufacturer from whom the products are sourced.
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the products if there are issues such as defects, damage, or incorrect items.
- Returns will only be considered if the supplier/manufacturer accepts them.
- Custom, special-order, or non-returnable items specified at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Process for Returns

- We will liaise with the supplier/manufacturer on your behalf.
- If eligible, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
- Once the supplier confirms receipt and approval, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be processed once the supplier/manufacturer confirms acceptance of the return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
- Service fees charged by DMZ LTD for sourcing are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.
- Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to supplier error or defective goods.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
- Delays caused by shipping providers outside our control.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
