  • Delivery costs and timelines are confirmed during the order process and may vary depending on product size, weight, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within the UK: 3–7 working days (depending on supplier stock availability).
  • International delivery: 7–21 working days (depending on destination and customs clearance).
  • Any estimated delivery times provided are for guidance only and may vary due to supplier lead times, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and courier rates.
  • All delivery charges will be confirmed before finalising an order.

Risk and Responsibility

  • Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the client once the products are delivered by the supplier or courier to the client’s address.
  • Clients are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and reporting any issues within 48 hours of receipt.
