3. Client Responsibilities

  • As a sourcing company, DMZ LTD is not directly responsible for product quality or supplier policies.
  • Returns or refunds are subject to the terms of the supplier/manufacturer from which the goods are sourced.
  • Clients must notify us within 7 days of delivery if products are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • DMZ LTD will assist in liaising with the supplier, but we cannot guarantee approval of returns.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • DMZ LTD acts as an intermediary between clients and suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or shipping providers.

    • Losses due to supplier delays, defects, or shortages.
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    • Any losses beyond the value of the service fee paid to DMZ LTD.
